The passion all started 2016 when I got into competitive BBQ. I have traveled all over the country competing in BBQ and just fell in love with cooking good BBQ. After doing HVAC for 20 years I took a chance and bought local pizza shop and pushed hard to build the catering and mobile food trucks side since 2022.
