The following Committees are comprised of fellow members who collaborate together with the important mission to help grow the value and impact of the Chamber. These groups meet and network regularly, working on high value projects to benefit our members. If you are interested in becoming a part of any committee, please contact the Chamber office.

Business Education
The Business Education is charged with bringing low cost, high impact business seminars to strengthen your business through monthly workshops and Leadership breakfast presented by experts.

Marketing
The Marketing committee coordinates and develops marketing strategies for both the Chamber and its members. Across Salem County and neighboring regions, the marketing committee delivers digital, social media, and print solutions promoting Chamber events, celebrating our members, and informing our business community.

Government Relations & Economic Development Committee
Government Relations Committee help build strong relationships with our local, state, and national legislators. The committee plan and implement our legislative breakfasts and Meet the Candidates Forum annually. The committee provides Chamber members a unified voice with government as well as opportunities to meet them face to face at numerous events during the year.

Finance
Oversee administration of Chamber budget, budget preparation, expense approval, oversee Chamber investments, make recommendations for bi annual audit. Report at monthly Board meetings and present monthly Treasurer’s report.

Small Business Growth & Opportunity Committee
The mission of the Salem County NJ Chamber of Commerce Small Business Opportunity and Growth Committee is to foster a thriving small business environment by providing resources, support, and advocacy for local entrepreneurs. We aim to empower small businesses through educational programs, networking events, and strategic partnerships, ensuring they have the tools and opportunities needed to succeed and contribute to the economic vitality of our community.

The Sunshine Committee
The Sunshine Committee was born out of a desire of the Chamber Board of Directors to be of greater service to it’s membership. This group of friendly, enthusiastic & supportive Chamber members will have an integral part in most all of the events & initiatives that take place throughout the year. The Sunshine Committee’s goal is to engage with the membership at a higher level as well as consistently participate in live events. We like to say, “We bring the smiles & the balloons!”
